At the Willows Mansion in Radnor Township on May 6th we held an Evening of Art and Music to benefit the Tuition Assistance Fund of St. Francis de Sales School in southwest Philadelphia. The net proceeds of the evening were $30,000. The generous response to the plea of Sister Constance and Sister Jeannette for support was outstanding.

Six de Sales students sold ‘arms length’ strips of 50/50 tickets. John Dugery had generously given his tickets to the girls. As they separated the strips of tickets, they each prayed that one of theirs would be the winning one. Guess what?? They went home with a “Pocket Full of Miracles.”
